Our Story

Founded in Dallas, Built for the Trades

OSHA Programs was founded in 2019 by a team of construction safety professionals who saw firsthand how difficult it was for workers and small contractors to access quality OSHA training in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Too many courses were expensive, inflexible, or simply inaccessible to Spanish-speaking workers.

We set out to change that. Since 2019, we've trained more than 12,000 construction workers, helped hundreds of contractors achieve and maintain OSHA compliance, and consistently maintained a 98% course completion rate.

Our trainers are OSHA-authorized outreach instructors with decades of combined field experience in commercial and residential construction. We don't just teach the regulations — we teach workers how to apply them on the job every day.

All OSHA Programs instructors hold active OSHA Outreach Trainer authorizations issued through the OSHA Training Institute Education Center network. Our trainers regularly update their credentials and stay current with the latest OSHA standards and construction industry practices.
